it seems that in the past few months, graphic novels (and animations in general, really) have been receiving nods of approval from various members of the canon-touting elite. that's right, they're now accepted as valid and engaging froms of artistic expression. as if we didn't know!

in celebration of this 'fact', a new blog has been launched simply titled drawn. it links to many emerging and established cartoon artists, and is definitely worth a look.
