when we first bought our house, it was a concrete shell - just four walls and a ceiling. finally, after years of pain and grunty work, we've finished it off... and have subsequently decided to put it on the market.
i'll be sad to see it go, but 2006 is a year of new beginnings for me, so it's time to SELL!
