thomson&craighead's project, automated beacon, looks very promising indeed. they've taken google's zeitgeist to the next level by recording specific search queries and relaying them to the rest of the web. it holds a mirror to our constant data stream, and will soon be available in audio format for your listening pleasure.
i wasn't sure whether to post this vid or not - it's pretty disturbing, and appeals to the voyeur in us all. but i'm a blogger, right? it's my job to spread the word.
