Layf Andrew Gray was born at 1 in the morning on the 9th of january 2007 (his mum's birthday).
He's a lovely chap, with long limbs, big hands and bright blue eyes. He winks when he's eating and doesn't cry. And he's slowly getting used to wearing clothes and being looked at.
I love him deeply already. xxx
as i write this, my brother and sister-in-law await the birth of their first child - there's pushing and moaning and groaning going on right now, and i'm waiting for the phone to ring.
it's been a wonderful two weeks of family - first with glendana's wedding, then down south with nieces ella and keely and a family catch up with all my cousins.
i'm a bit knackered, to be honest, and glad to be back in melbourne - *my* baby.
