yesterday was mothers' day, and for the first time in ages i couldn't speak to my mum. she's in europe at the moment (venice, to be exact) with her gal pal, jenny.
anyway, she emailed me yesterday saying that she'd revisited a favourite restaurant of ours, from a couple of years ago. for some reason, the waiter remembered her, and asked where her 'tall daughter' was.
happy mothers' day mum - even tho we couldn't be in the same city, i was with you all day.
